So we saw Ian Brown play the House Of Blues here in Los Angeles and it was anything but boring. Homeboy played some songs off his solo records (most of em were from his newest one "Solarized") as well as the obligatory Stone Roses songs. He didn’t do "Tell Me" or "I Am The Resurrection" like he promised when we interviewed him at the Kroq inland invasion, but then again he’s Ian Brown and he can do whatever the fuck he wants...The story goes like this… Ian stops the show after three songs to complain about the sound and a fan jumps on stage and tackles him, and the two start throwing punches. His band members jumped in and pulled the attacker from him and then after a 15 minute break they finished the set. Brown was arrested later that night at his hotel and taken in for questioning by SF pigs but no charges have been pressed as of yet.
